Our pastas are rolled and finished by hand, ensuring the authenticity and the craftsmanship of the final product.Today “Passatelli 1962” represents the pasta, in respect of the authentic tradition.
CHEESE AND CURED MEATS SELECTION
Ham, salami, pecorino and squacquerone cheese can be eaten as appetizers or as a single dish.
There are many varieties, depending on the seasoning, milk and origin, but they can satisfy all tastes and needs: from the delicate flavors to the more intense ones.
All our meats are processed enhancing the flavors and making them tender and tasty. They are accompanied by several seasonal vegetables, prepared according to our tradition.
The Piadina flat bread is the common thread of every local dish: cold meats, cheeses, meat. Anyway it can simply be tasted alone, as a frame of our kitchen painting.
The restaurant “Passatelli” boasts one of the best wine lists in Italy. It shows many wineries and wine producers from different regions of Italy, carefully selected among a large range of small and medium-sized firms, being able to ensure the excellence of their products.
Full-bodied, young or aged red wines and fruity, dry or sparkling white wines: we have wines for every palate.
Thanks to our training carried out by professional sommeliers, the Passatelli staff will be able to meet the needs of each customer.
